**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

The interface of the PDCflow is simple. It does not take much time to figure out how to request a signature or send the documents. Also, the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever there is an issue. I love that quick resolution, which makes the experience smooth.
I believe that it meets compliance standards and provides secure document handling, which really builds trust. Its real time updates and tracking features make it easy to know when a document is signed or payment is processed.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

Integrating with specific third party systems is not always smooth. I think more flexibility would help.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can sign and pay in one step, which reduce delays. PDF flow combines the e signature and payment workflows in one platform, so i don't need separate tools for each task. Real time tracking and notification saves time and reduce follow ups. Also customizable templates help maintain a professional look. Secured links give peace of mind for sensitive data.

“I love how easy PDCflow is to use! It makes processing payments so quick and hassle-free. Everything is streamlined, which saves me time and keeps things organized. It really takes the stress out of what used to be a complicated process.”

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

Tracy and the team at Special Agent are superb! Any questions, issues, or guidance I need is addressed quickly and efficiently within minutes! This program is perfect for our new company and affordable. It is easy to manage and access our clients . Carrier downloads have been seemless-Tracy was also helpful in setting up the connection to our IVANS account.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

I see no downsides to Special Agent at this stage.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PDC flow is our client database and helps us keep all of our clients' information and allowing us quick access to their policies .

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

We've been using PDC Flow for signature/contract needs, and it has been a game-changer! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to collect signatures in a seamless, secure manner. The integration with our existing system was smooth, and the customer support team has been fantastic—always responsive and helpful.

One of the standout features is the ability to obtain digital signatures, streamlining our workflow and improving efficiency. The security and compliance measures give us peace of mind, ensuring that sensitive customer data is protected.

If you're looking for a reliable, efficient way to send and receive contracts/signatures PDC Flow is definitely worth considering!

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

The challenge with PDC Flow that we have come across is that when a client is filling out paperwork it doesn't auto save and will sometimes expire where we have to resend the document. However, we are still learning PDC Flow and it could be something we are missing on our end.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PDC Flow helps us be able to send applications/direct deposit information to caregivers who can send it back to us without having to travel to our office.

Anyone on my Dispatch team is able to send liability waivers without needing to have the waiver or be on a computer to send it.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

I wish there was a way to replace one of my other process of sending txt message notificaitons, but it would require having an employee database setup with a list of phone numbers to send automated txt messages too.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using PDCflow we did not have a process of sending a liability waiver so a paper waiver would need to be signed while on scene of a recovery. Every member of my team had to carry a bunch of blank waivers to make sure they had one that could be filled out. Then after signing the waiver, we did not have a way / place to store the signed waivers for future reference if needed.

i don't like that you can see every overlay that is created. I think you should be able to keep documents just for your eyes only. It doesn't feel private enough, especially for someone in HR

e signatures are helpful to declutter employee's space and keep everything organized

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

I like that PDCflow is easy to set up, easy to use, but more importantly it is easy for the consumers to use. My agents can easily instruct consumers how to complete their portion of operation and they generally follow those instructions the first time.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

It is a little rigid. It would be nice to be able to upload a document, create a custom flow, and send, all in one go.

**Recommendations to others considering PDCflow:**

PDCflow is great, it really does help my small firm have the appearance of something much bigger because the system is sophisticated in appearance but really pretty simple to use.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that there is an auto report to tell me which flows expired and which were executed I am spending less time and missing fewer entries.

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

The software itself is great for our business, but the cusotmer service we receive when we have a question or need assistance is far to none. Every inquiry is serviced with a sense of urgency that is hard to come by these days. It is  a very user friendly software, and we are able to walk our clients through it easily. I also really appreicate that PDC hosts regular touch bases with our company, and takes our feedback/suggestions into consideration when developing their software.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

We honestly don't have many downsides. Sometimes new updates have rolled out that cause us to pivot, but PDC is always a phone call away to walk us through the changes when it happens.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They recently added multiple signers so we can have multiple stakeholders sign off on the same legal document. We had a limit with our ACH transactions, and PDC was great about connecting us with merchant services and getting it increased to meet our business needs.

I appreciate the ease in which everyone in our company can work with the system, from the everyday user to the person that has to help fill in for them.

It would be nice if there was a future to customize the date the payment is due as sometime people have specific dates they would like payments pulled and not just a  set date or day.

I appricate the fact the PDCflow is always looking for new ways to assist there customers and upgrade their system.

PDC flow has been a great service for our office. Allows us and our debtors options for making their pymts.

Some of the updates have caused us issues, but they get rectified relatively quickly.

Currently right now, we have been having debtor's auto pymts decline, due to an update that needs to be done. 

Other than that, PDC has been a major part of our everyday business.

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

The straight-forward and intuitive UX interface includes several features. Although we have used it before for electronic signatures, I can safely say that it was easily implemented and the learning curve was smooth. I didn't have a chance to contact customer support, but from what I noticed, they are doing a great job.

From a glance, some more simplified and concise guides are due. That's all I can think of for now.

From my side the ease of use was phenomenal. so it did save me a few trips to all the way to the company.

Sending out multiple documents in one sitting and setting the documents up so the receiving end can just  fill in the fillables.

Haven't had any issues so far to be honest, just had a bug one time and reached out to support and they were quick to respond with a fix and fix the issue.

Not having to manually track when a document is sent out and on if it's signed or not.

It is the easiest card process our company has ever used! Customer service reponse is quick and so helpful. And they make sure any issue is taken care of.

There isn't really a downside with this product, but maybe emailing customer service for an issue

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

PDC flow has an easy-to-navigate interface and allows my company to keep track of all credit cards processed and the financial reports are very easy to follow. I also love the way you can save info on future payments.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

The only complaint that I have is that special characters are not allowed in the address input for example an address of road28 1/3 is not able to be inputted but I have brought that to the programmer's attention and they said they are working on the issue

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we faced with our old Credit Card systems was that we would have to manually enter all reoccurring payments and we have realized how much time was saved with reoccurring payments info already inside of PDC flow

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

The best part about PDCflow is that they are integrated with DAKCS. It is very convenient to not have to navigate to another platform in order to take payments.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

The only part that I dislike about PDCflow is that they do not allow for much customization with the language that they include in text messages. PDC has told me that they are only allowed to include certain language because of carrier restrictions and higher powers, but I know of other texting vendors that have better language in their text messages. I have even sent PDC an image of an example of one of those text messages.

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PDCflow allows us to have more convenience. It is helpful to our team to not have to navigate to another website or platform to take a payment. This allows for speed and accuracy within our company.

We used to have the portal option for our debtors-where they went in using the internet and paid on their account.  This year it was over $500, so we canceled that option.  I wish a tier system was in place based on the number of payments tried or a charge per transaction..  We are a small collection service and can't afford $500 for a few monthly payments.

The ability to send the customer an E signature to legitimize payment arrangements is invaluable. It helps us convert promises to payments! It brings a level of professionalism that wouldn't be present otherwise.

The only complaint we ever receive from our reps is that it makes the process of taking payments from consumers a bit longer. We emphasize that the trade-off of legitimizing arrangements is worth the extra time!

As stated before, it brings a level of legitimacy to our negotiations; the consumers can see the arrangement in writing, and that certainly puts their minds at ease!

They're all in about compliance. Updated, send periodically informative emails; our representative always looks to upgrade our platform. We feel comfortable and secure working with them.

It would be beneficial to get daily reports generated in PDF format and not address the consumers to 3rd parties platforms (like USAepay, etc.).

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

PDCFlow is flexible and efficient, it expands the capability and creates new and unique ideas for collection. It is a necessary tool and finding new and unique ways to provide options for our clients all the time. I was recently amazed by their customer service as before speaking with them, I was beyond frustrated with a situation that wasn't the fault of the company, they fixed the situation and introduced me to new tools that made my job and upcoming weeks much easier than imagined.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

While it is efficient, it looks a tad dated but not too dated, It has a bit of a clunky look but it does not get in the way of performance.

Definitely review your company's needs and see how PDCFlow can be used to reduce the stress of reoccurring payments

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

PDC has automated our deposit payment and electronic signature request processes. They've consolidated a multi-step process into one easy peasy step. My Customer Service team has NO complaints - love it! When we have a technical glitch or troubleshoot error, PDC's customer service team is always an email away. Have had many quick "let me show you" calls that answer our questions and help us adjust our processes. The onboard process was well executed, and PDC has been very responsive to our feedback. It's not that often that you get to talk directly with the product manager. Nice to know they are genuinely invested in improving their client's experience. My team especially loves that we can all view each other's flows when one is out of the office or on vacation - great "team focused" software.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

We have sent feedback to the developers for the ability to send 1 flow to multiple signers - they have created a workaround for us in the meantime. We also want the ability to send multiple documents on one flow. There is no automatic flow reminders - have to send manually - but the system is so user-friendly it's not typically an issue. Despite these shortfalls, our process with PDC is still light year's beyond what we were previously doing wiht our business.

Challenges:
-We have sent feedback to the developers for the ability to send 1 flow to multiple signers - they have created a workaround for us in the meantime. 
-We also want the ability to send multiple documents on one flow. 
-There is no automatic flow reminders - have to send manually - but the system is so user-friendly it's not typically an issue.
Benefits:
-1 step process - deposit/contract are combined - no more getting deposit, but client dragging his/her feet on signing off on terms and conditions
-Can create multiple, customized flows for all our scenarios - and we've got a lot of them! :-)
-Client owns all credit card issues - bad card number, card limit, expired card, etc. - we don't lose time trying to problem solve with their banks 
-Improved PCI security for processing transactions
-Great customer service

Its pretty easy to set up templates. Our boss isnt the most tech savy guy but he is able to navigate it.

The only thing that I have had difficulties with is that some of the template set-ups were glitched and I am not sure why. But after getting on the phone with them, they were able to help me out.
